We are seeking a compassionate, seasoned, and licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a background in mental health and possibly specializations developed. This role requires a strong foundation in psychotherapy techniques, case management, and a commitment to improving the mental health of individuals. Environment is highly independent and autonomous however support and collaboration with therapists in group is encouraged. Contract position - candidate can determine caseload and hours. Sliding percentage rate for pay based upon clients seen per week. Hybrid work environment available.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree Required
- Active and Unrestricted License in the State of Pennsylvania (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)
- Must have clearances, maintain independent malpractice insurance, and have the ability to become credentialed with insurance companies.
- Must be comfortable providing Client-Centered services to individuals within the outpatient setting.
- Ability to work independently in managing time and deadlines, and having flexibility with duties.
Job Description & Duties:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide psychotherapy services using various therapeutic modalities.
- Manage cases effectively, ensuring that clients receive appropriate resources and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with ICD-10 standards/ DSM-5-TR.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health care.
